Everything. Just didn't like being double charged at other platforms Bookings com and hotel. But they were quick to resolve problems.... If you have evidence. Make sure you check your transactions. Quiet place. But you can hear the water flowing as in flushing toilets from neighbors Other than that, it's quiet.

We really liked the location and convenience of having a free transfer from the airport. The staff helped us a lot after arriving late from our delayed flight. The facilities are adequate and functional for a one night stay. We were happy with our breakfast: fruit, eggs, big muffins and cereals.There is also a mcdonalds right outside the door.

The shuttle service from the airport was very efficient our flight didn't get it until 3:00 a.m. in the morning the beds in the room were comfortable but the rest of the room was quite shabby

The host at the front desk was super friendly and our driver Freddie in the morning to the airport was a life saver with his airport knowledge 😀

Although we had to leave before the breakfast opened, the staff were kind enough to let us get a cup of coffee and a pastry. The staff were wonderful, the shuttle service prompt and friendly. It seems that the reservation and front desk staff (5 stars!) tried their best to give us a quiet room as requested since we were there less than 12 hours. Liked the midsized minifrige and that our room had doors dividing it into two rooms ❤️❤️❤️

The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind. There is a McDonald's right next door.

The customer service is why we will be returning. The staff helped us with making sure we had a room that was suitable for our family member that required a room on the first level. Staff was very helpful with booking questions.

Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus from airport Easy access to public transport. Room was large.

The pacific islander lady, Pua was alot of help in ALL aspects!!Thank you Pua for taking care of me when it wasn't working out for me at the time but because of her it ended up in my FAVOR so for that I'll definitely come back there only if she there🤞 Talofa Lava Pua🏆 and Ofaz from this California resident
